Taking e-Learning To New Heights

Learning & Development

CLIENT: JLAN and the Department of Justice

ASK: The client requested the creation of an interactive eLearning training module for their Annual Ethics Training. This training serves as a refresh for members of the Department of Justice (DOJ) on the Standards of Conduct.

SERVICES PROVIDED:

Needs Assessment:  REdCon, in partnership with JLAN Solutions, engaged in a collaborative effort with the DOJ team, conducting a needs assessment meeting to comprehensively understand their requirements and align on the project's scope.

Instructional Design: Subsequently, we meticulously crafted a timeline, established training design templates, and wrote scripts for each module. Employing various interactive elements, including click-and-reveal features and scenarios, we developed a series of modules that go beyond conventional eLearning.

RESULTS:

The end product is a fully ADA-compliant and accessible multi-module interactive training.

The DOJ’s new Ethics Training will be required annually to reinforce ethics policies for over 5,000 members of the DOJ.

"Their willingness to go the extra mile makes them our partner of choice for online instructional development projects. "
