CLIENT: Providence Public School District

ASK: The client wanted a system to hold equity and compliance eLearning courses that members of their staff can easily access.

SERVICES PROVIDED: REdCon began with collaborative sessions with the client's Equity and Belonging team to conduct a comprehensive needs assessment, delving into the identification of specific courses from our EquityU curriculum and determining areas that necessitated custom development. A total of 14 of REdCon’s EquityU courses were identified. Additionally REdCon created custom courses on Equity and Sexual Misconduct. This process encompassed script composition, voice-over implementation, interactive components, and evaluative assessments. The final product is a fully customized Learning Management System housing an array of eLearning materials.

RESULTS: There new LMS is being used by over 2000 of their staff across Providence Public Schools to deliver yearly Compliance Training.
