CLIENT: A Call to Men

ASK: The client wanted to have an interactive eLearning of their “Breaking out of the Man Box” training.

SERVICES PROVIDED: REdCon held a comprehensive needs assessment with the client's Education and Training team. Through this assessment, we crafted the blueprint for the new e-learning component, curated relevant visual elements such as images and videos, and integrated interactive components. The end product stands as a significant addition to the organization's learning and development portfolio, ensuring a valuable contribution to their educational initiatives.

RESULTS: Individuals completing the full course have a deeper understanding of the collective socialization of manhood and the role it plays in laying the foundation for all forms of gender-based violence and discrimination to persist.
