Engaged Online Learning

Learning & Development

CLIENT: Ohio Domestic Violence Network

ASK: The client wanted to create asynchronous online modules that could be used as a training and development resource on various inclusion topics for the LGBTQ+ community for the 75 agencies they support across the country.

SERVICES PROVIDED: REdCon began by hosting a need’s assessment meeting with organization leaders and subject matter experts. From there we developed learning objectives and all content (the script, training design and story board) for client approval. The final result was four impactful trainings that remain a vital part of the organization’s learning and development offerings.

RESULTS: These trainings have been utilized by 100s of professionals across the state of Ohio. Evaluations indicate that there has been increased learning and participants realized the importance of incorporating these practices into their programs and organizations.

"The experiences we have had working with Rico and his team have all been favorable and beneficial to our organization. The products and deliverables provided have always been professional and exceeded our expectations."
