CLIENT: Maryland Works

ASK: Recent leadership changes had negatively impacted work culture. Client was seeking support in positively increasing employee engagement and satisfaction. 

SERVICES PROVIDED: Recognizing the complexity of the situation, REdCon took a comprehensive approach that combined multiple service offerings within the areas of consulting and coaching. We started by deploying a climate survey to gather quantitative data on employee engagement. Building upon those insights, we hosted 1:1 listening sessions to hear each staff member’s perspective. We used all the responses to develop tailored learning sessions focused on DEI and Teambuilding to address issues and build skills identified as needed through the survey process. 

RESULTS: Staff satisfaction increased measurably. The initial work became a foundation for quarterly training and action planning, which REdCon continues to support.
